This platform is a total scam! I put 4200 NEOX into my wallet, but txbit.io hasn’t updated my balance. The deposit shows as confirmed on the blockchain. Customer support is downright rude and clueless. Definitely not trustworthy!

"Lack of Customer Support"
Absolutely no support from customer service. The website won’t let me submit a ticket. I’ve sent messages on social media, but no one responds. My KYC verification has been turned down three times, and they just can’t seem to accept that it’s really me. They keep asking for selfies—how many times do I have to do this? Might as well just video call me. It’s a total waste of my time waiting around.
